We are currently seeking for a CEC Accredited Solar Installer to join our Victorian team. Sunterra is one of the major solar retailers in Australia with 5 branches. We are expanding very rapidly and our aim is to provide quality service to the solar industry. This position will be mainly suited for a person who is quality oriented and who has the spirit of a team leader.

Your position will mainly involve installing solar panels, inverters, cable runs, fit-offs and occasional switchboard upgrades, so you will have to be versatile and flexible in the tasks that you may be asked to perform. At times you may also be required to perform other electrical tasks outside of solar.

We are a friendly and easy going team and if you would like to join us, you must possess:

An A-Grade Electrical Worker's license

CEC Accreditation (Preferred but not essential)

White Card

First Aid

'Working At Height License'

A Victorian Driver's License

The ability to work efficiently as it is a fast paste environment

A friendly and calm disposition at all times

Good attitude towards the employer, staff and customers

The ability to take instructions and orders at a drop of a hat

The desire to learn and a quick learner

The willingness to perform any tasks required

To be able to work unsupervised

Be prepared to work away from home when necessary

Own tools (Will discuss at time of interview)

Company Vehicle will be provided to successful applicant - Must be able to drive a manual vehicle

Although it is not a high pressure environment, the job will mostly be for someone who is goal oriented. The benefit of working for Sunterra is that we offer working models that allows our staff to excel if they are motivated enough.
